How can I open an account?

The sign up box is located in the upper right-hand corner of most myOptumHealth pages. In addition, when you try to access a feature only accessible to account holders you will be automatically prompted to sign up or sign in if you already have an account. Possible locations include the sign up box for HealthClicks, our free e-newsletter or the Personal Health Record (PHR) in Manage My Health. You can also open an account here

How much does this cost?

myOptumHealth is FREE. There is also no cost for registering. We do not sell your e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone outside myOptumHealth. We get financing through sponsors. For more information see our Editorial Policy.

How do I change my password or e-mail address?

Once signed in, clicking on My Account will get you to the My Account page where you can change your e-mail address, password and any other personal information you have entered such as your name.

What can I do if I forgot which e-mail address and/or password I used?

Go to the Trouble Signing In page and we will help you retrieve the information.

You can close your account any time on the My Account page. Please be aware that closing your account will erase your Personal Health Record.
